Throughout the Bible, God wants to make a home with His people.   He walked with Adam in the Garden, tabernacled with His people in the desert, had a house in Jerusalem and in the end lived in Jesus with His disciples, day by day. This Series explores, what is the House of God. How does God make a home with us?
O course: “welcome home” has become so overly used in church, that we can forget the power of what it means to feel at home in the House of God:

In essence, it’s the community that makes any place a home. If the furniture is nice and the decor is great - excellent. but it’s still not a home unless someone welcomes you and includes you in the community. On this Sunday we look at how Jesus talked about church being a community.  Looking forward to seeing you - and yes, welcome home.

Die ganze Bibel hindurch will Gott bei seinem Volk wohnen. Er wandelte mit Adam im Garten, wohnte mit seinem Volk in der Wüste, hatte ein Haus in Jerusalem und lebte schließlich in Jesus mit seinen Jüngern, Tag für Tag.

In dieser Reihe wird untersucht, was das Haus Gottes ist. Wie richtet Gott ein Haus bei uns ein?   Natürlich: "Welcome Home" wird in der Kirchenlandschaft mittlerweile so oft verwendet, dass wir vergessen, was es bedeutet, sich im Haus Gottes zu Hause zu fühlen:

Im Grunde genommen ist es die Gemeinschaft, die jeden Ort zu einem Zuhause macht. Wenn die Möbel schön sind und die Einrichtung toll ist - super. Aber es ist immer noch kein Zuhause, wenn man nicht willkommen geheißen und in die Gemeinschaft aufgenommen wird. An diesem Sonntag schauen wir uns an, wie Jesus davon sprach, dass die Kirche eine Gemeinschaft ist, und freuen uns darauf, Sie zu sehen - und ja, willkommen Dihei.

A move of God is on the horizon and we will birth

A move of God is on the horizon and we will birth it together in prayer!  We can see revival as we come together, believe together, in one spirit, committing ourselves not to miss this moment to seek the Lord. United in the Holy Spirit and the name of Jesus we will see breakthrough for all C3 churches around the world.

We would love every C3 church around the world to set aside this sacred day as we come together as a global family to pray and seek the Lord.

If the walls are gilded, obviously everything was done to turn the house of God into a luxury object (-for God?-). Is that why the presence of God was there? Can God be enclosed in a building at all? And what does this have to do with prayer? Yann explores this question and we are curious!  Looking forward to seeing you!

Heutzutage würde man sagen: Ein Milliardenbau. Wenn die Wände vergoldet sind, hat man offenbar alles getan um das Haus Gottes in ein Luxusobjekt für Gott zu verwandeln. Ist darum die Gegenwart Gottes dort gewesen? Lässt sich Gott überhaupt in ein Gebäude einschliessen? Und was hat das mit Gebet zu tun? Yann geht dieser Frage nach und wir sind gespannt!  Wir freuen uns auf dich!
